| The availablilty of top quality scale models from Bowser/Stewart Hobbies continues with several recent releases. FT-A and FT-B units in the Santa Fe Red War Bonnet scheme are available in two numbers. These passenger locomotives have a powered A unit and a dummy B unit. This is a classic paint scheme and arguably the most recognized diesel locomotive of the last 50 years. Also bearing the STEWART LOCOMOTIVE name are ALCO C628s in Delaware and Hudson and Pennsylvania Railroad schemes. ALCO C630's for Louisville & Nashville, Pennsylvania and Southern Pacific are also in production. All of these Stewart Locomotives feature can motor, brass flywheels, nickel silver wheels, RP25 flanges, knuckle couplers, DCC ready, headlight, lighted numbers boards, cab glass, number boards, air tanks & fuel filler installed. An easily removable body allows interior access if needed. The accurate painting and crisp lettering including warning labels, cab numbers, lettered number boards, warning labels are the hallmark of the Stewart name. |
