On most of the cars you see in the lead photo, the windows are NOT punched out.  Occasionally I will do windows by pushing through with the burnishing tool.  Just run the tool around the window frame and the excess material will build up toward the inside of the car.  Wheel wells can also be punched out as shown.  The wheel well excess could also be torn off when pressing the sides. Sometimes this works fine, occasionally you may lose a fender.  Just pretend someone took that fender off.   It's a junk yard. CLICK FOR LARGER VIEW
