STRUCTURE BUILDING - The Foamcore/Veneer method
An OnLine Clinic presented by HORAILROAD.COM
Cut out the window opening in the foam core using the hobby knife with a sharp blade.
An advantage of working in black foam core is that light does not shine through the walls or roof tops.
The only light that will escape is where you choose to cut out doors or windows.

You can see that the bottom of the door is not cut out because we don't want light to show through there.

For this building I am not detailing the interior so I am using a translucent material for windows.

This lets light escape but the interior of the model cannot be seen.
